📜TERMS OF SERVICE✒️Clause 1: Hiring
My artwork (commissions and YCHs) must be hired through my personal chat.Clause 2: Payment
Payment is made only after the sketch is completed and approved. After this stage, structural and pose edits are not permitted, except in some cases.Clause 3: Cancellation
By canceling the artwork, the client agrees to a 50% refund and also agrees that the artwork may be used as a basis for future YCHs.Clause 4: Use of Image
The client agrees that the commissioned artwork will be published on my social media, including any tagging of the client's social media account. If the client wishes to keep their artwork private and unpublished, they must notify me upon completion of the artwork.Clause 5: Responsibility
The client is fully responsible for the use of the commissioned artwork, whether appropriate or inappropriate, and I am not liable for any potential issues arising from the use of the image.
